As a 4 th generation maple producer, we have over 100 years in the business. We produce your traditional maple
products plus our own BBQ sauces, maple mustards, dressings, ketchup and hot sauces. In the store, we carry a
variety of pancake mixes and “gluten free” mixes that are locally produced. There will be samples available
throughout the store. Maple candy demos on Saturday 11 am – you get to make your own stirs. Cooking with
maple at 2 pm
