Workshop Two – Home Kitchen Confections - In the afternoon MPNEO members will show you the basics of making maple candy, maple coated nuts, maple cream and maple sugar. The workshop will be held at The Patterson Center. Pre-registration is requested by Monday January 15th.  Attendance is limited, 25 for each workshop. The registration fee is $20.00. The money raised will go to support the operation/maintenance of the MPNEO Fairground’s Sugarhouse during the Great Geauga County Fair over Labor Day Weekend. Cash or check accepted at workshop.
